Visualization is hard!!!

Recently I read the book feeling is the secret he author mentions that before bed visualize and feel the things you want in live, so I tried but it is really really hard visualizing something positive cause I have always visualized negative outcomes in can I improve in this visualization?

btw I can visualize and generate happy moments like holidays but they dont relate to what I want e.g being stronger, not caring what people think of me, bassically things that are laking in my life, trying to visualize my self stronger or confident doesnt produce any happy feeling just more anxiety.
